Initial Engagement
Begin with individual or collaborative leadership interviews to establish a mutual understanding of desired outcomes and targets.

Agreement & Proposal
Reach a mutual agreement for service terms (90 days, 6 months, or 1 year), followed by a formal proposal and authorization.

Assessment & Meetings
Conduct a pre-engagement evaluation, then proceed with regular (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) progress meetings.
